Fish Fry

Ingredients:

For the Dough:
Onion 1 small
Garlic 5 flakes
Ginger 1''
Green Chillies 4 nos.
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
Garam Masala 1tsp
Cumin Seeds 1tsp
Corriander Leaves
Lemon Juice 2tbsp
Gram Flour 1cup
Salt to taste
Water to make the dough

For Frying:
Oil
Bread Crumbs

Garnishing:
Onions cut into rings
Tomatoes
Coriander Leaves

Method:

1. Clean the fish fillets with water and turmeric powder.
2. Marinate the fish fillets with a lil salt and turmeric.
3. Grind the remaining ingredients.
4. Dip the fish fillets in the dough and for a 5 mins. roll them in the bread crumbs.
5. Fry in a non stick pan.
6. Garnish with onions, tomatoes and corriander leaves before serving.

Butter Biscuit Rolls



Wanna make sweets in just 10 mins??? Here we go….

Ingredients:

For the Dough:
Marie Biscuit 1 Pack (Any crispy biscuits)
Sugar 6 tsp
Cocoa Powder 2 tsp
Water to prepare the dough

For the Cream:
Butter 2 tbsp
Icing Sugar 4-5 tsp

Aluminum Foil or Butter Paper.

Method:

1. Powder the biscuits, along with sugar and cocoa powder.
2. Mix water and make dough. (The dough needs to be tougher to roll them like a pizza)
3. Now roll it into a square shape.
4. Blend butter and icing sugar (or just powered sugar) together until the mixture is fluffy.
5. Apply the cream and roll it tight, pack it with aluminum foil or butter paper and refrigerate until served.
6. Cut the roll and serve it chill.
